  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 Roma tomato
  • cilantro
  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  1. Cut the avocado in half and dice.
  2. Dice the tomato.
  3. Cut the pepper in half, clean, and dice.
  4. Chop cilantro.
  5. Mix all ingredients together.
