Detox Parsley Hummus [Vegan]
Serves
3 cups
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup parsley, packed
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
- Place the garlic in a food processor and process until chopped.
- Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, parsley, almond butter, olive oil, water, cumin, black pepper, and salt and blend until the hummus is smooth. Add water as needed.
