Creme Fraiche [Vegan]
- 1 14-ounce package silken tofu, pressed
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Juice from one lemon
- Place all ingredients in a blender and run for a minute or two until smooth, creamy and fluffy.
