  • 1 14-ounce package silken tofu, pressed
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Juice from one lemon


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and run for a minute or two until smooth, creamy and fluffy.
