Cranberry Walnut Chia Pudding [Vegan]
- 1-15 oz can coconut milk (choose low fat for a healthier option)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the fridge for 4 hours.
