  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt of your choice
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Prepare Coconut Banana Date Popsicles [Vegan]

  1. Soak dates in hot water for about 5 minutes to soften them. Remove dates from the water and add to a blender along with the coconut milk, non-dairy yogurt, banana, and cinnamon. Blend ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into 6-7 popsicle moulds and freeze until solid about 4 hours or overnight.
  3. To remove popsicles, dip the moulds in running water or leave out for a few minutes.
