  • 1 and ¼ cup cooked black beans (either cooked dry beans or canned, drained and rinsed)
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter (or another nut or seed butter)
  • ¼ cup xylitol, erythritol or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • fruits, graham crackers or cookies to serve

How to Prepare Chocolate Cookie Dough Dip [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Put all ingredients, except for the fruit, crackers or cookies, in a food processor.
  2. Process until completely smooth and compact.
  3. If your mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk and process again.
  4. Scoop into a small bowl and serve with fruits, graham crackers or cookies.
  5. Enjoy!
