  • 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon ginkgo nut fresh, vacuum-packed, or canned
  • 8 cups water
  • 4-5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 cup dried tofu
  • 1 serving of egg replacer (optional)

How to Prepare Chinese Gingko Nut Barley and Tofu Dessert [Vegan]

  1. Heat water in a pot and bring to boil. Add barley and ginkgo nuts. Boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and dried tofu. Simmer for 2 minutes.
