Carrot and Zucchini Hummus Sandwich [Vegan]

Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Zucchini
  • Dill
  • Hummus
  • Salt
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Bread, toasted

Preparation

  1. Finely grate a carrot, chop up some dill and then add them to a bowl with some hummus, a dash of salt, and a bit of pepper, if you'd like. Mix together and then spread on a slice of bread.
  2. Repeat with zucchini.
