    Ingredients You Need for Blueberry Banana Chia Smoothie [Vegan]

    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 3 frozen bananas + 1 ripe banana
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 3 dates
    • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
    • 1 cup strawberries
    • 3 dates

    How to Prepare Blueberry Banana Chia Smoothie [Vegan]

    1. Place blueberries, bananas, dates, almond milk, chia seeds into blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Add more almond milk if smoothie is too thick.
    3. Pour into a bowl or into a jar.
    4. Top with extra banana and blueberries.
    5. Sprinkle with sesame and pumpkin seeds.
    6. For strawberry hearts blend strawberries and dates and pour into silicon molds, let sit in the freezer until they harden.
