Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups millet flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sorghum flour
  • 1 1/2 cups amaranth flour
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flour

Preparation

To Make the Flours:

  1. You can make flour from any whole grains by blending them in a spice grinder or high-speed blender.

To Make the Flour Blend:

  1. Combine all the flours in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container and use as needed. For longer shelf life, store in the refrigerator.
