You don't have to buy pre-made gluten-free flour blends — if you have a blender, you can make your own! Made from sorghum, amaranth, millet, and quinoa flour, this blend is packed with protein and fiber and is a healthier alternative to white flour in gluten-free baking. This blend is particularly good for making pancakes and bread.
