Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashion oats
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid sweetner
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 325°F
  2. Spread the oats out on a large baking sheet
  3. Drizzle the oil, brown sugar, liquid sweetner, and salt over the oats and mix with your hands until all oats are covered
  4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Stir and rotate, then place again for 10 minutes
  5. Add the coconut and almonds and bake for an extra 3-5 minutes
  6. Wait until the granola has cooled COMPLETELY, then add the chocolate chips
