- 2 cups buckwheat groats
- 1 cups date paste
- To make the date paste, blend about gooey 15 Medjool dates with 1 cup hot water, then measure out 1 cup of date paste.
- In a large bowl, mix the buckwheat groats and date paste until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick square pan and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
