People become vegan for a variety of reasons — for the animals, the environment, their health, and maybe a combination of all three. Some become vegan because their body can’t tolerate certain foods, such as nuts, soy, or gluten. Eliminating these ill-causing factors from a diet can help anybody become their happiest selves. And kids are no exception.
