Sydney Has A New Instagram-Worthy Plant-Based Eatery!

Instagram food trends dictate our cravings more than we think. Especially when the foods offered are as pretty as they are delicious. In Sydney, a new vegan restaurant has gotten a permanent place in Waterloo, and people are flocking to it. Rejoice, Aussies, because Paperbark has an amazing plethora of vegan options.

Their website states, “Paperbark is a plant-based restaurant working with native Australian ingredients focused on showcasing small-scale producers and minimum intervention wine.”

On the menu, you’ll find lemon myrtle alto olives, saltbush grissini, eggplant puree, pumpkin tostada with carrot and wattleseed, roasted cauliflower, a butternut pumpkin dish with macadamia cream and a lemonade sorbet. Basically, all the fancy food you’ve ever wanted exists at Paperbark, and the photos speak for themselves.

As you can see by the large number of vegan restaurants constantly opening, vegan food is not a fad. In addition, Nestlé, the largest food company in the world, predicts that plant-based foods will continue to grow and that the trend is “here to stay.”
