Fine dining plant-based restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, has launched an upscale plant-based meal delivery service.

The prestigious restaurant in the heart of New York City reopened a year ago as strictly a plant-based restaurant and brought a new mission along with them.
“Cooking plant-based has been meaningful and expansive. We are writing an entirely new language, one that challenges us to be creative and continuously learn,” wrote head chef Daniel Humm.
Humm has labeled this the most exciting time of his entire career as a chef.
“It’s exciting to cook and eat this way; what we first thought might be limiting has proven instead to be invigorating. In my mind, there is no doubt that the food at Eleven Madison Park today is the best it has ever been; it’s an experience not found anywhere else.”
Now, the restaurant will launch a plant-based delivery service to encourage plant-based living. Humm hopes to help people incorporate more plant-based foods into their diets.
“What could be the impact if we all ate plant-based food more often?” he said. “It’s not a new idea, but it has become more urgent.”
Eleven Madison Home box is delivered weekly and has a full day’s worth of plant-based meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert are included, and all require minimal prep and include some pantry favorites made right at the restaurant.
The menu changes every week and aims to show just how exciting and varied plant-based meals can be. For each box that is purchased, a plant-based meal is given to someone experiencing food insecurity through their partnership with Rethink Food.
The boxes go for $150 or $285 for two people which includes shipping. For now, the boxes will ship to Manhattan area codes, but they hope to expand further soon.
For breakfast, you might find some delicious overnight oats, freshly baked pastries, parfaits, and juices. For lunch, you can enjoy leafy greens, grains, and organic vegetable salads. For dinner get ready for some oven-ready classics, seasonal pasta, and whole roasted vegetables. For dessert, you’ll find some delicious plant-based treats like cookie dough, custards, and fruit tarts.
