Petition: Tell California Lawmakers to Pass Bowie’s Law

A California Assemblyman introduced a bill last month called Bowie’s law, which would require animal shelters in the state to give 72-hour public notice before euthanizing an animal. This could save so many adoptable animals every year from being unnecessarily killed as many animals are euthanized within days of being found. Please sign this petition to tell California lawmakers to pass Bowie’s law!
