We first met Tinsel the kitten a few weeks ago, when someone called Aussie rescue Edgar’s Mission Farm Sanctuary to report that a kitten was stuck in a narrow opening between two metal sheds. In certain parts of Australia, the summer heat can be deadly, so they immediately jumped into action working tirelessly to rescue the poor, frightened animal before it was too late.
Once she was free, they took her back to their farm animal sanctuary, which is a sprawling property nestled in Victoria’s beautiful Macedon Mountains. Edgar’s Mission Farm Sanctuary provides a lifelong home for animals rescued from slaughter, neglect and abuse, and while many of the animals living there are farm animals, they also have quite a few rescued cats and dogs.
It looks like little Tinsel is doing just fine and has adapted well to her new environment. She is even learning a thing or two about the art of being the top cat! We can only imagine how she will grow with time!
