Babette Davis is a force of nature. At 70-years-old, she is a vegan chef, fitness expert, and great grandmother.
The 70-year-old recently went viral on social media after shuttering a series of portraits showing off her physique. The internet blew up as people couldn’t believe that she was really 70 years old.
Davis was introduced to a vegan lifestyle around the 1990s when she met her husband. Since then, she has become a vegan woman to be reckoned with. When asked how she keeps up with everything and stays so youthful, Davis said that she doesn’t really have any special secrets. She just keeps moving and never stops.
The vegan chef has made several television appearances and has gained an impressive Instagram following as she shares her life, her passion, and her diet with her followers.
Davis is also a passionate animal rights activist and expresses her concerns over how the rest of the world treats animals. She is a force to be reckoned with and is the perfect role model for a healthy vegan diet and lifestyle.
She shows the world that a vegan diet can be nourishing, colorful, and most of all, delicious.
