This couple was out running errands when they stopped by Petco and decided to take a look at the cats. That’s when they found Mallie, a 10-year-old cat who had been surrendered by her family. The family was about to have a child and could no longer care for her. @little.mallie documented the journey of adopting her, and it’s instantly clear how much Mallie loves getting pets and love from them. They decided to bring her home, and the rest was history.

They got her everything she needed to feel comfortable. They slowly began introducing her to the rest of the home, and although she was timid, she was very curious about what was on the other side of the door. However, after a few steps out, she got scared again and went back into her room. @little.mallie realized it would take some time before they could introduce her to the other cats.
