Actress Betty White left a big hole in the hearts of many after her passing away on New Year’s Eve. Recently, fans started the #bettywhitechallenge to encourage people to Donate to animal shelters in honor of White on her January 17th birthday.
The late actress was well known for her love of animals. White was a volunteer and board member of American Humane and regularly supported animal welfare campaigns and organizations. Her love of animals was very obvious, and she often mentioned them in most of her interviews.
White’s “Hot in Cleveland” co-star Wendy Malick said, “Oftentimes people would come up to her and say, ‘Oh, I want to show you a picture of my kids,’ and she’d say, ‘Oh, great! And when they would show them pictures of actual children, she would look so disappointed and say, ‘Oh, children.’ She was so hoping for her little lamb!”

This new challenge set by her loving fans is going to do a world of good for hundreds of shelter animals everywhere. It will honor White’s life in a way that she would likely cherish most.

The Pope would “love” her! The media has been filled with articles about Betty White’s “love of animals” and how she’s rescued, adopted dogs and how supportive of animal welfare. (White never had children or grandchildren of her own. She did, however, have three stepchildren with her late husband, Allen Ludden, who died on June 9, 1981.) On the other hand, this “progressive” Pope (like others before him) has NEVER publicly condemned humanity’s ruthless violence, exploitation and abuse of animals–bullfighting, trophy hunting, factory farming, wildlife killing contests, etc. At the same time, he is always exalting humanity (code word for “human supremacy”) with boasts on how “special” all eight billion human beings are in God’s eyes. He recently said “violence against women is an insult to God” (God supposedly turns a blind eye on institutionalized human violence against other animals, and thus, can’t be “insulted”). With all the news “saturated” with reports of Betty White’s “love of animals,” that was the last straw! The media spreading “love of animals” messages about Betty White, contrary to Catholic Church dogma?!?! THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED FORTHWITH! So Pope F. acted to steal the show from Betty White with his own HATEFUL message that adopting cats and dogs was contrary to our “humanity” (code for “human supremacy”), that humanity itself was being undermined (LOL!), and even “Civilization” itself would crumble for lack of humanity (LOL!) INSTEAD of couples adopting stray, abandoned, homeless pets who would be put to death in overcrowded shelters, child-FREE couples ought to be adopting all the surplus, unwanted children of the world and hopefully raise them all to be “devout Catholics” — isn’t that what he’s implying? We know that the Catholic Church always has mixed religious couples who choose church weddings agree to raise any kids in the Catholic faith. It’s a good marketing strategy to ensure the future of the Church by increasing its “faithful” base of compliant servants.
