In Putnam County, West Virginia, a horrific case of animal abuse has surfaced. Twenty dogs were discovered in appalling conditions—emaciated, suffering, and neglected. Three of them are already dead. One died en route to safety. Their only food? A dead deer carcass hanging in a barn.
These aren’t just violations of animal welfare—they’re acts of cruelty that must not go unanswered.
Two individuals now face charges, but that’s not enough. We must ensure they’re permanently banned from owning or working with animals ever again.
If we don’t act, this could happen again. These animals had no voice. Let’s be theirs. Sign the petition now to demand West Virginia authorities enforce a lifetime ban on animal ownership for these abusers.
