This smoothie is filling, creamy and also packed with the good ole' benefits of turmeric.
Healing Turmeric Smoothie [Vegan]
- 1 can coconut milk (I used light coconut milk)
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- 2 t turmeric powder
- 1 t ginger root powder
- 1 t ginseng powder
- 1/2 t vanilla
- Combine everything in a high speed blender and blender until smooth.
- Dust with more turmeric.
