Have you ever wondered, in the wee small hours of the night, as you walk to the kitchen to get a glass of water only to see a pair of eyes following you from the shadows…if your cat wants you dead?
Seriously. You love them from the bottom of your heart, but sometimes there’s an eerie feeling. You give them cuddles, which they enjoy until the split second that they don’t and then nip your hand for your trouble. You feed them, as they circle your feet with the intensity of a Great White and you worry that if you don’t get that food into the bowl post haste, maybe your shin bone might suffice for them.
Obviously, your cat is your baby. You share your life with them, keeping each other company during the quiet times and generally just enjoying each other. You have a special bond, though not born of blood, it’s as strong as any family bond around…or is it born of blood…your blood…
