How to Prepare Wonderful Stuffing [Vegan]

  1. Preheat the oven to 345 °F
  2. Dice the potatoes and cook them with 1 teaspoon of salt until they are tender. It should take about 10-15 minutes. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and mash them. Set aside.
  3. In the meantime, dice the bread (0.8×0.8 inches dices).
  4. Take a bowl and add the melted butter and the rest of the ingredients. Combine well.
  5. Transfer the bread into a casserole dish and pour the butter mix over it. Take your hands to combine well.
  6. Now add the mashed potatoes and combine once more.
  7. Close the lid and transfer the casserole dish into the oven. Bake for about 45 minutes with lid, then 15 more minutes without lid.
  8. Done! Store the stuffing in the fridge and eat within 4 days. You can also store it in the freezer for a couple of weeks. Enjoy
