So much so, Starbucks just released a unicorn frappuccino but we've got even better news – you can make your own vegan unicorn frappuccino at home. It’s basically a milkshake, so it’s super easy! All you have to do is grab some fresh strawberries, blueberries, vegan vanilla ice cream, and whatever else you want to garnish with! So easy and delicious!
Unicorn Frappuccino [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients
For the Blueberry Layer:
- 2.8 ounces vegan vanilla ice cream
- 2.1 ounces fresh blueberries
- 1 1/3 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
For the Strawberry Layer:
- 3.5 ounces vegan vanilla ice cream
- 2.1 ounces strawberries
- 1 1/3 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
For the Toppings:
- Sprinkles
- Edible gold glitter
- Coconut whipped cream
Preparation
- Place the ice cream, blueberries, and non-dairy milk into a blender and whizz up until smooth. Set this aside.
- Place the ice cream, strawberries, and non-dairy milk into a blender and whizz up until smooth.
- Pour a thin layer of strawberry shake into the glass and then, fill it up with the blueberry shake.
- Top it off with more strawberry shake and garnish it with whipped cream, sprinkles, and edible glitter.
