Swirled Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge [Vegan]

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter:

  • 6 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt

For the Chocolate:

  • 2 teaspoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cacao

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients for the peanut butter layer into a heat proof bowl and heat until the oil starts to melt. Remove from the heat and stir the ingredients until they are smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into a silicon loaf tin and place it into the freezer while you make the chocolate layer.
  2. Place the ingredients for the chocolate layer into a heat proof bowl and heat until the oil starts to melt. Remove from the heat and stir the ingredients until they are smooth and well combined. Spoon the mixture on top of the peanut butter layer and use a skewer or knife to swirl it. Return the slice to the freezer to set.
  3. When ready, slice and serve.
