How to Prepare Spicy Falafel Patty [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Place all of the ingredients except the frying oil into a food processor/blender and whiz up until combined. This will take a few minutes.
- Pop into the refrigerator for around 1-2 hours.
- Heat a large frying pan along with 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil.
- Form the falafel mixture into small patties and place in the pan to cook. They will take around 3-5 minutes on each side. They'll turn a nice, golden color.
- Once cooked, place onto kitchen towel to drain off any excess oil.
