S’mores Chocolate Cups [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and coconut oil until crumbly. Distribute mixture evenly amongst muffin cups. Press firmly into liner.
- Add one slice of marshmallow to eat muffin cup.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave 30 more seconds if needed.
- Distribute chocolate evenly amongst the cups. Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs.
- Place pan in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove cups from liners.
