Preparation

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and coconut oil until crumbly. Distribute mixture evenly amongst muffin cups. Press firmly into liner.
  3. Add one slice of marshmallow to eat muffin cup.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave 30 more seconds if needed.
  5. Distribute chocolate evenly amongst the cups. Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Place pan in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove cups from liners.
