Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots, sliced into matchsticks
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt

Preparation

  1. In a wok, heat some sesame oil and lightly sauté carrots together with cayenne pepper. Stir fry for a minute do not overcook, its best when it’s crispy.
  2. Remove from wok then season with salt. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds then serve with your favourite grilled meats.
