Sautéed Carrots in Sesame Oil [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 2 large carrots, sliced into matchsticks
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- In a wok, heat some sesame oil and lightly sauté carrots together with cayenne pepper. Stir fry for a minute do not overcook, its best when it’s crispy.
- Remove from wok then season with salt. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds then serve with your favourite grilled meats.
