Ingredients for Doughnuts:

  • 10 tablespoons self raising flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 tablespoons soy milk
  • 8 tablespoons. water
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salted caramel extract

Ingredients for Icing:

  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons soya milk
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salted caramel extract

Preparation

Method for Doughnuts:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350*F
  2. Grease your doughnut tray
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and spoon the mixture into the tray
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. Add icing if you want

Method for Icing:

  1. Whisk ingredients until combined
  2. Dip the cooled donuts into the mixture
  3. Set for about 10 minutes in the fridge
  4. ENJOY!
