It’s no secret that mint and chocolate go perfectly together. Whether it be in a dessert, an indulgent dark chocolate bar or a smoothie, the flavor combination wins me over every time. With that knowledge in mind, I don’t know why I didn’t think of making these sooner, to be honest. These are packed with antioxidants from the raw cacao and have a nice added protein addition courtesy of the hemp hearts. You can also replace all or some of the cacao with chocolate hemp protein powder if you need a bit of an additional protein boost.

How to Prepare Salted Caramel and Mint Chocolate Energy Bites [Vegan]
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until the dough comes together in a clump, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Remove from the food processor and roll into balls, or roll flat to slice. Refrigerate until firm and slice if necessary. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
