  • 1 1/2 cups dates
  • 4 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp greens powder

How to Prepare Salted Caramel and Mint Chocolate Energy Bites [Vegan]

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until the dough comes together in a clump, scraping the sides as necessary.
  2. Remove from the food processor and roll into balls, or roll flat to slice. Refrigerate until firm and slice if necessary. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
