Ingredients

  • 2 leaves silverbeet
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small carrot
  • 4 black olives
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon black seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • balsamic glaze vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients and chop into small pieces.
  2. Pour balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, spices and then olive oil and toss freely with your hands.
  3. Sprinkle with toppings and enjoy!
