How to Prepare Raw Sun-Dried Tomato Burgers [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Soak the sun-dried tomatoes until soft, about one hour.
- Grind the flax seed into flour.
- Process all the ingredients together until they resemble ground meat.
- Shape meat into about six patties.
- Dehydrate for one hour at 165°F then about 3 hours at 115°F, or until the burgers are firm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
To reheat, dehydrate at 165° for about 20 minutes.
