These raspberry glazed donuts are baked so they are not super unhealthy and they are just so delicious. They are not too sweet and have just the right amount of raspberry flavor!

Raspberry Glazed Doughnuts [Vegan]

Cooking Time



  • 2 1/2 cup spelled flour
  • 1 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 3/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt


  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons water


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 360°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine first the dry ingredients, then add the soy milk and oil and whisk. Transfer to donut pan. If you do not have a donut pan, you may use this recipe to make glazed cupcakes.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. For the glaze, beat together all of the ingredients and spoon over the donuts/ muffins (or dip in the glaze).
