Ingredients

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 4 -5 mushroom
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper

For the Marinade:

  • 2-3 tablespoons cold pressed sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons liquid aminos
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds (optional)

For the Cauliflower Rice:

  • 1/4 head of cauliflower

Preparation

For the Vegetables:

  1. Cut up vegetables as you like.
  2. Pour marinade over vegetables and mix well.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds and mixed well.

For the Cauliflower Rice:

  1. Break the cauliflower up in chunks and put in processor.
  2. Process until you have finely chopped cauliflower, similar to that of rice.

Notes

Instead of cauliflower, you can also use parsnips.
