How about a Pumpkin Pie in a glass? If you are anything like me you popped open a can of pumpkin puree and didn't use the whole thing. A smoothie is a great way to use that leftover pumpkin! It's smooth and creamy and reminds me of the holidays. This is just one of the many delicious recipes featured in my online wellness program, Wellness Reboot. Remember the trick to the perfect chilled smoothie is to use frozen bananas. But if you don’t have any frozen add some ice cubes.
