- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 dates, or 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Dash cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
How to Prepare Pumpkin Pie Smoothie [Vegan]
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and no chunks remain.
- Serve immediately with a dash of cinnamon on top.
