  • 9-10 tablespoons puffed quinoa
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 5 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional, leave out to make the recipe nut-free)
  • Small/bite-sized cupcake holders

How to Prepare Puffed Quinoa Cups [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Place the coconut oil, cacao powder, and maple syrup into a saucepan and heat it for a few minutes on low heat until it’s totally melted and smooth.
  2. Once the mixture is totally melted, pour it over the quinoa pops and stir it all together. The quinoa pops should all be covered in chocolate.
  3. Pour the mixture into small cupcake holders and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
