  • 2 medium sized ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Start by blending or mashing the bananas until smooth. Stir in the flaxseed, vanilla, salt, and baking soda until combined. Add in the brown rice flour and oats and mix until evenly distributed. Allow this mixture to sit and thicken for 5 minutes.
  2. Then, add in chocolate chips to your hearts desire! Drop by heaping spoonful onto a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. And enjoy!
