How to Prepare Mason Jar Bread Pudding [Vegan]
- Preheat oven at 350ºF
- Add the silken tofu, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Take a 1/2 pint wide-mouthed mason jar. Fill it up halfway with bread crusts and add the raisins. Pour in non-dairy milk until the bread crusts are covered.
- Cover with more bread crusts and raisins. Pour more non-dairy milk onto it until the jar is about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar on top, decorate with 5 slices of apple, and add cinnamon to taste.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until top is browned. Let cool, drizzle with maple syrup.
