    Ingredients You Need for Mason Jar Bread Pudding [Vegan]

    • 1/2 cup bread crusts
    • 1 tablespoon raisins
    • 1/4 cup silken tofu
    • 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon unrefined sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 apple, sliced

    How to Prepare Mason Jar Bread Pudding [Vegan]

    • Preheat oven at 350ºF
    • Add the silken tofu, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
    • Take a 1/2 pint wide-mouthed mason jar. Fill it up halfway with bread crusts and add the raisins. Pour in non-dairy milk until the bread crusts are covered.
    • Cover with more bread crusts and raisins. Pour more non-dairy milk onto it until the jar is about 3/4 full.
    • Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar on top, decorate with 5 slices of apple, and add cinnamon to taste.
    • Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until top is browned. Let cool, drizzle with maple syrup.
