Lychee and Kombucha Spritz [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients
- 12 lychees, peeled and seeds removed
- 10 sprigs of mint
- 1/2 lime
- 2 cups kombucha of your choice (choose one with little additional sweetener if you can)
- 10 ice cubes
Preparation
- Add slices of lime, 5 sprigs of mint, and 5 ice cubes to each glass or jar.
- Add 5 peeled and seeded lychees to each glass/jar.
- Pour 1/2 of kombucha into each glass/jar and stir ingredients together well.
- Garnish with a fresh lychee and mint.
