Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free pancake mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 small lemons (zest and juice)
  • 10 drops lemon essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2-1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients up to the milk, including juice and lemon zest
  2. Gradually add milk until batter becomes pancake consistency
  3. Mix in chia seeds
  4. Preheat a pan and add butter to it
