This grilled pear is stuffed with a lavender oil infused coconut whipped cream giving it a slightly earthy, floral note that is absolutely delicious.
Lavender Grilled Pears Stuffed With Coconut Whipped Cream [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 2 pears
- Coconut oil
- 1 drop lavender oil
- 1 13.5-ounce can full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Mint, for garnish (optional)
- Lavender buds (optional)
- In the bowl of a standing mixer, remove the solid portion of the refrigerated coconut milk and begin to whisk on medium. Add the lavender, vanilla, and gradually add the powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat your medium-high heat. Brush the pears with coconut oil and place onto the grill cut side down. Grill the pears for about 3-5 minutes or until hot and marked. Top the pears with lavender coconut cream and garnish with lavender buds and mint.
