Ingredients

  • 2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a container with a lid, close the lid, and let it sit at room temperature for 4 hours.
  3. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with fruits.
