How to Prepare Herb and Garlic Almond Cheese [Vegan]

  1. Firstly, you're going to need a medium-sized saucepan, a blender and some cheese molds (I used mini springform cake tins)
  2. Add all the ingredients (except the coating mix) into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a medium-size saucepan and gradually bring to a boil before reducing heat to a simmer.
  4. After 5-10 minutes the mixture will become thick and creamy (see video for full step by step instructions). Quickly pour the mixture into your cheese molds.
  5. Place the cheese molds into the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from molds and carefully roll in the coating mix to coat the edges - this makes the cheese look great and taste even better!

  1. I love Anja\’s videos she makes it so much easier and fun than just reading a recipe and I have loved every one of her recipes I\’ve tried so far. I haven\’t tried her nut cheeses yet but her mac and cheese recipe with reg potato and sweet potato "cheese" sauce and her cauliflower "cheese" sauce are a good enough cheesy food for me and mine right now.
