- 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1-inch piece fresh turmeric root or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve warm or cold.
