- Blend the banana, nuts, shredded coconut, lime juice, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender until combined. This is your "sushi rice." Chill the mixture in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the "sushi rice" from the refrigerator and, with your hands, shape it into the desired shapes.
