How to Prepare 4-Layer Blackberry Jam and Chocolate Crumble Bars [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Line a loaf pan. Mix the oat topping and set aside.
- Blend the base ingredients, then layer half of the base mixture in the loaf pan. Set the remaining mixture aside.
- Mix the jam layer then smear it on top of the bottom layer.
- Blend the other half of the base ingredients with 1/4 cup cocoa powder and sweetener.
- Scoop over the jam layer, even it out, then scoop on the oat topping and smooth it over with a spoon.
- Freeze for at least an hour before slicing. Store and serve straight from the freezer only.
