Ingredients You Need for Creamy Chai Chia Coconut Pudding [Vegan]

  • 2/3 mug hot organic chai tea (infused)
  • 1/3 mug coconut milk
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw agave if you have a sweet tooth (optional)

How to Prepare Creamy Chai Chia Coconut Pudding [Vegan]

  1. Prepare your chai tea and place about 2/3 of mug in a bowl.
  2. Add 1/3 mug of coconut milk.
  3. Add walnuts, cinnamon, chia seeds, and agave mix well.
  4. Place your preparation in smaller cups and place in the fridge for about 1 hour.

  1. If there is honey (although optional) it is not vegan, is it? At the top you speak of agave syrup. It\’s not good to advertise a recipe as vegan when some ingredients are not. It confuses people.

    1. Oh sorry, it does, but it says optional… not very confusing. Also, vegan is in parenthesis indicating that it could or not be vegan based on the optional ingredients. And now you know how to look things up on the internet Renata.
