This isn't a pudding as in a custard, but an English-style pudding! Made from gooey dates, coconut sugar, and whole wheat flour, this delicious cinnamon-spiced pudding is moist and sweet. It's the perfect sweet treat to bring to meetings or to snack on with a cup of tea at the end of the day.
