These could be made with an Asian or Indian flare! But any flavor would work. Just such a great snack!
Crispy Cabbage Nuggets [Vegan]
- 1/2 med cabbage
- 1 cup flour
- spices - whichever you like, to taste
- salt to taste
- oil as needed
- Shred cabbage and mix with spices and flour (use half the flour at first).
- Set mixture in the fridge to let the salt inside the mixture breakdown the cabbage. Add more flour.
- Fry in oil. Or bake at 375ºF for 30-40 or until golden. Flip while cooking to make both sides crispy.
