Ingredients

  • 1/2 med cabbage
  • 1 cup flour
  • spices - whichever you like, to taste
  • salt to taste
  • oil as needed

Preparation

  1. Shred cabbage and mix with spices and flour (use half the flour at first).
  2. Set mixture in the fridge to let the salt inside the mixture breakdown the cabbage. Add more flour.
  3. Fry in oil. Or bake at 375ºF for 30-40 or until golden. Flip while cooking to make both sides crispy.
